Please ensure that you have read all terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase. By purchasing any item, you have agreed to the exclusive terms and conditions governing the sales between the Customer and Aeratron Pty Ltd Pty Ltd.
1. Orders
All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Aeratron Pty Ltd Pty Ltd
2. Prices
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 15/05/2011 if not stated otherwise. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
3. Customer Service Policy
Aeratron Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
4. Delivery & shipments
We use Australia Post and in some cases other couriers for deliveries in Australia. Delivery is automatically calculated at the time of checkout. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on product availability. If a product is not available customers will be notified via email. We will do our best to deliver your order promptly. Once payment has been processed, items in-stock will be dispatched the following day. While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability for any late delivery. Aeratron Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us to enquire about a special order.
5. Product Availability
Every effort will be made to satisfy your order. If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply ordered items, we will notify you via email. In this instance, your item(s) will either be placed on back order, or you will have the option to remove that item from your order.
6. Product Images & Descriptions:
Whilst every effort is made to ensure product images and descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur.
7. Returns Policy
Please carefully consider the products you are ordering prior to purchasing. All faulty or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge by www.Aeratron Pty Ltd.com.au . For any items that are either damaged or faulty you must contact us within 7 days of delivery . Damaged/faulty items returned for warranty, must be accompanied by proof of purchase. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. A replacement item will be sent freight free. We will also organise collection and inspection of damaged goods. We do NOT refund, Exchange only.
8. Availability of products
Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected as they are discovered and Aeratron Pty Ltd reserves the right to revoke any offer, correct any error, omission or inaccuracy at any time (including after an order has been placed).
9. Legal capacity
By purchasing a product from an Aeratron Pty Ltd website you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have the capacity to make a legally binding contract.
